Helping to add More Seats To Your table
TRUSTED BY

We’re The Common Thread Project, an innovative DEI company, committed to helping build organizational environments where all employees feel like their contributions are seen, heard, and rewarded.
AN INNOVATIVE COMMUNITY OF SUPPORT
Our community of DEI specialists use innovative workshops, group coaching, and consulting techniques to support professional communities in the design and development of policies, practices, and cultures where historically marginalized people can succeed. We can help you accomplish your DEI goals organizationally or individually through our two main product offerings: The Table and The Seat.

The Table
The Table provides DEI consulting and group coaching services to forward-thinking organizations and governmental agencies using theory, design, and best practices.
The Seat

The Seat is a private, membership group that helps DEI professionals go from overwhelmed, unsure, and overextended to better supported, informed, and empowered.
